These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of theones.football and any related pages, products, lists, directories, downloads, and services (collectively, the "Site") operated by TheOnes.Football ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the parent or legal guardian of a minor, to submit information, purchase a product, or otherwise interact with our forms. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement.
We publish information, lists, directories, and other resources for high school football athletes, parents, and coaches. The Site may include free content (such as camp lists and email guides) and paid content (such as coaches directories). Specific products are described on their respective pages.
The Site is provided as-is for informational purposes. We are not affiliated with any college, university, athletic conference, the NCAA, the NFL, or any specific coach unless we expressly say so.
When you submit information through a form, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. You may not submit anyone else's personal information without their permission.
Paid products on the Site are delivered digitally (for example, links, lists, and downloadable directories). Prices and product descriptions are shown on each product's page. We may change prices and offers at any time, but those changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.
Because our products are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. If you believe a product was misrepresented, did not deliver, or is materially defective, email hello@theones.football within 7 days of purchase and we will review your request in good faith.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and any content you lawfully purchase or receive from us, for your own personal or family recruiting use only.

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, lists, directories, layouts, and code — is owned by or licensed to TheOnes.Football and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. "TheOnes.Football" and the TheOnes.Football logo are trademarks of TheOnes.Football. All third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners.

The Site may link to third-party sites, products, and services (for example camp registration pages, payment processors, or coach contact information). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, terms, or practices. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site's terms.
College football recruiting is competitive and depends on many factors that are outside our control. We do not promise scholarships, offers, roster spots, exposure, or any specific recruiting outcome from using the Site, attending any camp listed on the Site, or contacting any coach in our directories.
The Site and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information (including coach names, emails, schools, or camp dates) will always be accurate or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheOnes.Football and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or any product or content obtained from it. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site or any product is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) US $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TheOnes.Football and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including any breach of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You and we agree that any dispute arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" above. Your continued use of the Site after a change becomes effective means you accept the updated Terms.
