TheOnes.Football ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website at theones.football and any related pages, products, or landing pages (the "Site"), how we use that information, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

TheOnes.Football is an information and resource service for high school football athletes, their families, and coaches, based in Houston, Texas. You can reach us at hello@theones.football.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill out a form on the Site — for example to download a camps list, request a coaches directory, or get early access — we collect the information you provide, which may include:

• Email address
• Name (when requested)
• Phone number (when requested)
• Player position, grad year, and recruiting-related details (when requested)
• Payment information processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers)

Information we collect automatically

When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect:

• Device and browser information (user agent, language, screen size)
• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• Pages viewed, links clicked, and time spent on pages
• Referring URL and the URL parameters used to reach the page (including utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, fbclid, and gclid)
• Cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies and tracking" below)

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Advertising partners such as Meta and Google, in the form of pixel events and audience matching, so we can measure and target our ads. These partners receive identifiers and event data, not your raw form submissions.
• Legal and safety recipients when we believe in good faith that disclosure is required by law, to enforce our terms, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
• Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will provide notice before your information is transferred.

6. Email marketing and SMS

If you submit your email or phone number through one of our forms, you agree to receive marketing messages from TheOnes.Football about camps, products, and recruiting resources. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message, or by emailing hello@theones.football. Standard message and data rates may apply to text messages.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the services you have requested, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

8. Your choices and rights

You can:

• Unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time
• Ask us what personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct or delete your personal information
• Opt out of certain advertising cookies through your browser or through industry tools such as the Meta ad preferences and Google ad settings pages

9. Children

The Site is intended for parents, coaches, and high school student-athletes. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, contact us at hello@theones.football and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage on the internet is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. International users

The Site is operated from the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may be different from those in your country.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Effective date" above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page or communicated by email when appropriate.
